It has been over four weeks since Dr. David Slogan, a heart surgeon at St. Mary's Hospital, disappeared without a trace.
His last known whereabouts were at the hospital on October 28th. Since then, many of the procedures that he was scheduled to perform have had to be cancelled, much to the dismay of his patients.
The hospital has been working tirelessly to try to find him, but so far there have been no leads. The police have been called in to help with the investigation, but they have not had any luck either. The only thing that anyone can think of is that maybe he went on vacation without telling anyone, but that seems highly unlikely given his work schedule.
Many of his patients are extremely worried, as he was the only surgeon who could perform their procedures. The hospital has done its best to reschedule procedures with other surgeons, but it has been a difficult process.
It was a relief for everyone when Dr. Slogan was found safe and sound. It turns out he was just playing the new Call of Duty that was released on 10/28 and lost track of time. Dr. Slogan has not responded to our requests for comment.
