As pharmacies across the country battle pen shortages, looks like they have had enough and have taken to the streets.
We all know how tough it is to get pens at the pharmacy. This shortage has gone on for far too long and pharmacists and technicians have now taken to the streets! We interviewed a disgruntled pharmacist and she had this to say:
“How am I supposed to leave myself a note? How will I remind myself to fill the waiter's prescription? We cannot operate our pharmacy without pens!”
Pens are essential for pharmacies to operate, as they are used to write prescriptions. The shortage has caused widespread frustration among pharmacists, who say they are struggling to serve their customers. The shortages have even led to an underground market for pens, with some people selling pens for as much as $75. The government has warned people not to buy pens on the underground market, as they may be counterfeit or of poor quality.
